Closing an Account
To cancel your account, you will need to
send in a ticket requesting the account to be cancelled. Be sure that you have all of your files and data backed up
(offline or elsewhere)
before sending your ticket.

We will not be held liable for any lost data due to premature
submission of cancellation requests. Send at your own risk.
Include the following details in your ticket "Comments":
This information MUST reflect the current details that we have on file
for your account. If you hold multiple accounts with us, please be sure to
check that all of the details you provide match those of the specific account in
which you wish to close.
Account Holder Information
- Primary contact name (First and Last)
- Company name if applicable
- Contact
phone number on file
- Primary contact email address on file
Account Details
- Package name that you are canceling
- Primary domain name on file
- Account username
- Account password
Payment and billing Information
- First and last name and/or company name on credit card on file

Billing address on file: Address, City, State, Zip/Postal code, Country
- First 2 and last 4 digits of the credit card on file for confirmation
- Expiration date (mo/yr) for credit card on file
- 3 pin
verification number for credit card on file (found on back)

If you have made any special arrangements with our company or a service
provider that we work with for terms of length of services we provide,
please note that early termination of your hosting account will incur
additional charges to fulfill original hosting agreement terms.
IMPORTANT THAT YOU READ BEFORE SUBMITTING REQUEST
Please submit your cancellation request 72 hours prior to your regular
billing date to avoid extra charges. If your request is not made within the
advanced period mentioned above, your account may be billed for the next
billing period. In such cases, our accounts department will issue a proper pro-rated
credit to your credit card on file (by request). If you have any other questions prior to
submitting your cancellation request, please contact our billing department.
If we can assist you in making the necessary changes to keep your business,
we will make every reasonable attempt possible. Please expect up to 72 hours
for processing cancellations and account verifications.
